WEDDING COORINATION SERVICES

Your Wedding, Your Way now specialises in on the day wedding coordination. This term is a little misleading as we certainly get involved way before the actual day, so lets call it wedding management!

 

You have planned your wedding, your way, and need someone to make sure it actually happens the way you want it to, with everything in the right places, at the right time, without a whole queue of people asking you questions the entire day or coming to you if something doesn't quite go to plan. That's why you need us. We will have gone through everything with you with a fine tooth comb to ensure any red flags are highlighted in advance, any expected issues are headed off and any unexpected issues are dealt with without you even realising!

 

We will make sure your little surprises are in place ready for the speeches, your flat shoes are hidden but accessible whenever you need them, the handmade items that you poured your heart into over the past few months and years are exactly where you wanted them to be and your bridal party are also able to relax and enjoy the day.

All packages include the following:

  • Final details meeting 4-6 weeks before to run through your plans with a fine tooth comb

  • Compilation of a detailed timeline for the use of all suppliers

  • Creation of the most detailed wedding admin folder with everything we will need on the day 

  • Contact with all suppliers in advance of the day to ensure everyone is on the same page

  • Attendance 9am-8pm on day of wedding to set up and run the celebrations

  • Use of emergency kit on the day

WHAT IS A PLANNING SUPPORT SESSION? 

These are designed to run through your plans so far and highlight any potential red flags or things you might have forgotten. You can pick my brains as much as you wish during these sessions and I will draw on my 10+ years of experience of running weddings to help find a solution or idea. We can run through ideas, anything you’re stuck on, any etiquette questions or suppliers you’re looking for. I will be more than happy to point you in the right direction for you to then go and follow up. These sessions can be really reassuring if you are largely planning your wedding by yourself, perhaps with the help of friends and family, but just want to check you’re on the right track. You can schedule your planning support session at any point during your planning process, whenever you feel this would most benefit you.

Silver

For weddings all on one site, this package is perfect if you have the planning all under control and just want to handover to a professional at the final stages

Our most popular package, the gold service will keep you on the right track throughout your planning, with a planning support meeting and then multisite coordination until the party gets started.

Our platinum service covers all your bases with multiple planning support meetings and on site handover the night before the wedding so you can be reassured everything is under control

Diamond

Our most comprehensive on the day package, the diamond service includes set up the day before the wedding as well as additional hours from 8pm-midnight on the day of the wedding to help with clear up, make sure everyone gets in their taxis ok and all the precious things are collected and put in a safe place.

NEED A LITTLE MORE HELP ALONG THE WAY?

If you're looking for a little more time or guidance along the way, a time bundle might be the best way to go. Think of me as your 'Wedding VA' and book a time bundle, starting with 5 hours, and add on as necessary. These can be used for Zoom power hours to get you back on track (or started!), wedding admin, finding specific suppliers, wedding research or just general support. I have been doing this for over 10 years so there is lots of experience there to draw upon!

 

All hours included in the time bundles are desk based.
