If you’ve planned everything to perfection but need someone there on the day to save you the worry and make sure everything comes together as you envisaged, this is the package for you. Following our initial consultation, we will then meet a few weeks before the day and spend a good few hours going through all of your plans and handing over all the details. Your suppliers will then be contacted and everything given the final once over before the day arrives. 

 

We will be there to ensure all the suppliers know exactly what they should be doing and are in the right places at the right times!

 

This package includes:

  • Initial consultation to get completely up to speed with the couple, their expectations for the day and their suppliers

  • A meeting roughly 4 weeks before the wedding day to update and find out final plans

  • Contact with all suppliers in advance of the day to check arrangements

  • Unlimited phone and email support in the week leading up to the wedding

  • Up to 11 hours attendance on the day, from set up until the first dance

  • Ensure the venue is set up to requirements so that it is perfect when the couple arrive

  • Coordinate and direct deliveries and suppliers

  • Be the main point of contact for the suppliers to be able to deal with any problems, should they arise

  • Support for the wedding party on the morning of the wedding

  • Discreet and professional handling of any unexpected issues

  • Announcements of any speeches (if needed)

  • Help to ensure the day runs to schedule

  • Use of our emergency kit for any unforeseen incidents
